Årets Nordic Coaches Conference har fokus på udvikling af tennisspillere i alderen 6-12 år. Konferencen kommer hele vejen rundt i forhold til det tekniske, det taktiske, det mentale og de sociale aspekter hos de yngste spillere.
Samtidig er det en fremragende lejlighed til at udveksle erfaringer med trænerkollegaer fra de øvrige nordiske lande.
Nordic Coaches Conference 2019 løber over to dage den 20. og 21 juni. På førstedagen er det teoretiske i centrum, når den anerkendte ungdomsforsker, Søren Østergaard, sætter spot på tendenser blandt børn og unge. Samtidig kommer lederen af Center for Ungdomsstudier med sit bud på, hvilken type af træner, som børnene efterspørger i dag.
Dagen suppleres af konkrete erfaringer fra Nordens største tennisklub, Fair Play i Malmø. Ligeledes er HEAD leveringsdygtig i en session om opstrengning og ”customization” af tennisketcher.
Endelig kan man vælge mellem en praktisk stringer workshop eller en social minitennis-turnering til at runde torsdagen af på, inden aftensmaden klokken 19.
Praktisk dag 2
På andendagen af Nordic Coaches Conference indtager det praktiske en hovedrolle. Mark Tennant, der har en stor finger med i udviklingen af Play & Stay-konceptet, vil over to sessioner klæde deltagerne på til at give de yngste spillere den bedste mulighed for at udvikle sig.
Dagen foregår på KB’s anlæg, og Mark Tennant fokuserer på returneringer for unge spillere, og udvikling af servefærdigheder for U10.
Tilmeldingen til Nordic Coaches Conference er åben frem til og med 19. maj. Prisen for hele konferencen er 2195 kr. Med i prisen er alle måltider undervejs.
Ved tilmelding af fem eller flere trænere fra samme klub opnås der 10 procents rabat, som man selv fratrækker ved betalingen.

Join the best coaches conference of the year
The registration is open for Nordic Coaches Conference 2019 which will be held at Idrættens Hus in Brøndby, Denmark, on June 20. and 21.
This year’s Nordic Coaches Conference focuses on developing tennis players aged 6-12. The Conference will touch upon development of technical, tactical, mental and social skills in youth players.
At the same time, it is an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge with coaching colleagues from all of the Nordic countries.
Nordic Coaches Conference 2019 spans two days from June 20 to June 21. The first day will have a more with theoretical approach, when the renowned youth researcher, Søren Østergaard, spotlights trends among tweens and children. Søren Østergaard will also offer his opinion on what kind of coaches young people are looking for.
The largest tennisclub in the Nordic countries, Fair Play in Malmø, will provide concrete examples. The first day of the conference will also feature a presentation from HEAD regarding racket stringing and customization.
Finally, you can choose between a practical stringer workshop or a social minitennis tournament to end the day before dinner at 7.
Practical day 2
On the second day of Nordic Coaches Conference the practical elements will take center stage. Mark Tennant, who was heavily involved in the development of the ITF Play and Stay campaign, will give the participants tools to develop the youngest section of tennis players.
The day will take place at KB Tennis, and Mark Tennant focuses on developing receiving skills in young players and the journey of the serve at 10 and under.
The registration for Nordic Coaches Conference is open until May 19. The cost of the entire conference is 2195 DKK. All meals during the conference is included in the price.
